My Experiences in Material Development Class

 Material development is the essential thing for a teacher , I think. Especially language teachers should use material to teach in a most effective way. Because, as a student I can say that different techniques, different computer programs, aplications attract students' attention.

 Teacher introduced the the lesson's aim and targets. Then, we started to prezi. We learned how to use prezi while teaching a subject.Prezi supports us to create coloured a presentation. We can manage slides according to us. Firstly, I created my account in class. then I choose a topic related to my department, ELT. And made my presentation usin different schematas.

  Another week, we have blogger account and whatever we did published in our blogger accounts. I easily created my account beacause I have already G-mail account so it is automatically opened. In terms of teaching, blogger supports to students follow their teacher week by week.We can share our memories, videos, pictures or essays in here. Also we can add a link to here. 

 Other week, we have weebly account and teacher explain this site's benefits to us. And published again this site in blogger. Weebly supports to everyone follow a lesson or advertisements(hotel,business..) We added background picture and explain a subjects in English language teaching.

 The other week, teacher want us to record a video while we are teaching a subject and organize it using Movie maker then we publish it youtube and add the link in our Blogger accounts. Here, we learned how to use Movie-Maker and how to use it effectively in terms of teaching. 

  Finally ,  we created a group in Facebook. Groups' aim was to acquire language learnig to students.

 Nowadays, everyone use social media. And a teacher who use social media also teach her/his students out of schools. That's why we created the group in Facebook. 

  Briefly, we learned material development technologically, we use different application to make our lesson more effectively. Teacher taught us how to be a teacher who supports the students out of school. Because the things we learned in this lesson will be benefits in our future teachings. We can control our students using these (prezi,weebly,blogger,facebook.) out of school also. I appreciate to my teacher to teach me all these application and programs.
